Guy Goodfellow Interior and Architectural Design had previously worked on this project and was required to return to the house to prepare it for sale. Artwork included two large canvasses by the Modern British great, Adrian Heath, another work by Paul Feiler and two significant paintings by Roger Hilton.
More decorative works by Barbarba McFarlene, John Blackburn and Roy Wright were also included.
