Rob and Nick Carter are a husband and wife artistic duo who have been collaborating for over 20 years.
Their work is housed in the collections of The Mauritshuis, The Hague; The Frans Hals Museum, Haarlem; The Frick, Pittsburgh; The Victoria & Albert Museum, London; The David Roberts Foundation, London; The Städel Museum, Frankfurt; and The Fondation Custodia, Paris, as well as being the only living artists to show a work at the Frick Museum, New York.

In their Postcards from Vegas series Rob and Nick have united neon and photography to create sculptural, wall-based works.
Each piece is a product of various appropriations and consists of a blown-up reproduction of a vintage postcard, complete with evidence of the original card’s wear and tear, overlaid with a remade neon sign from Las Vegas (or beyond).
The artworks bring together deliberately heterogeneous imagery to create impactful contrasts that are both bold and nostalgic.
